Generally orders are processed within 3 weeks, each piece has to be made individually. Often we can mail the order right away, if we have it made already, during fall shows we do the best we can .To check the status of your order, you can use the website to see what stage your order is in.
Returns
Unused items in the original package, in good condition may be returned with receipt within 30 days for store credit on the website.Email for return authorization #. Products are guaranteed for 90 days against manufacturing defects. Due to the handcrafted nature, variations of color or texture are normal. The limited guarantee does not cover misuse or wear and tear. Since we have no control over physical conditions surrounding the application of clings, Jeanie Barber Designs, Inc. disclaims any liability for untoward results. Please read the use and care directions on the back of every label. Custom orders with custom color combinations are not returnable. Returns will be charged a 10% restocking fee and return shipping. |
